Main Street chip seal

Urged the council to choose a surface other than chip seal for Main Street, citing 10,000+ daily vehicles versus a 5,000 rating, and described petroleum residue damage to his building's floors and Airbnb furnishings after months trying to get cleanup.

A former city employee, recommended milling and overlaying the three downtown blocks between Jackson and Grant instead of chip sealing, questioning why night work wasn't possible.
