Complained about utility flags sitting in her yard for over three months that make mowing difficult, and about unsightly utility boxes in the neighborhood.

Counted roughly 150 utility boxes along Windmill, many rusty or leaning with covers off, and asked the city to do something about the appearance and safety hazards despite getting the runaround from Midco and Golden West.
